Shipping locations

We currently ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs

Eligible orders include free delivery. The total shown at checkout is the final order amount unless a clearly shown payment or address adjustment applies before payment.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days from shipment. Delivery speed can vary based on location, product availability, courier capacity, public holidays, and local service conditions.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch when available. Please enter the full and correct address to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery issues

If a package is delayed, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Delivered packages

Once the courier marks a package as delivered, Doc Kicks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the courier first and share details with us so we can guide you where possible.
