Shipping Policy

Doc Kicks currently ships within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Eligible orders include free delivery. The total shown at checkout is the final order amount unless a payment provider or address change creates a clearly shown adjustment before payment.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days from shipment. Delivery speed can vary based on location, product availability, courier capacity, public holidays, and local service conditions.

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Once your order ships, shipment details will be shared through email or the contact information provided during checkout. Please enter the full and correct address to avoid delivery delays.

After dispatch, you will receive courier details when available. Use the courier information from your dispatch message to follow shipment movement.

Once the courier marks a package as delivered, Doc Kicks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, contact the courier first and share the details with us so we can guide you where possible.
