We want every order to reach you correctly. This page explains when returns and refunds are accepted and what proof is required.
Eligibility
Damaged or incorrect products
Returns are accepted only when the product is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Returns for size changes are not accepted, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Proof required
Clear unboxing video
A clear unboxing video is required for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims. The video helps verify the package condition and product received. Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
Timeframe
Same-day request
Contact us on the same day the order is delivered. Share your order details, unboxing video, and a short explanation of the issue at dockicks.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94977 36306. Late requests will not be accepted.
Approval
Return instructions
Once the request is reviewed and approved, Doc Kicks will guide you through the return steps. Do not send any product back without prior approval.
Refunds
5 to 7 day processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 days after we receive the returned product and confirm its condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Not refundable
Size changes and unapproved returns
- Returns requested for size changes.
- Claims without a clear unboxing video.
- Products returned without approval from Doc Kicks.
- Requests made after the delivery day.
Return shipping
Shipping cost responsibility
Customers cover return shipping unless the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those approved cases, Doc Kicks will cover the return shipping cost.
